By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have fully read my TOS AND the listing that YOU chose and understand it.

I have the right to decline your commission and do not need to provide a reason.

I only clip YouTube and Twitch VODs (if submitting YouTube or Twitch VOD links, you MUST have the settings set to allow for non-subscribers/non-followers to view so I am able to clip).

If you are uncertain when your VOD expires or maybe my delivery could fall after VOD expiration, you are responsible to submit your VODs as .mp4 files via zip file.

I only clip VODs with a minimum of 3 hours.

I only edit clips that are 30 seconds or less.

I do not do payment plans. Payment must be made in full. Please ensure you have the funds available prior to commissioning me.

You will not request a chargeback. If you do, you will be blacklisted.

No refunds.

Exceptions: I find that I cannot satisfy clipping for you based off the submitted VODs (even after asking you for additional VODs) AND/OR I am unable to complete the request due to other circumstances (ie. IRL issues / did not make the deadline).

Due to the nature of clipping, there are no revisions.

For editing, unlimited revisions within reason (ie. font, timing of text, text placement) are permitted only before final delivery.

Guaranteed delivery: 1 month // Rough delivery: within 2 weeks

I work by first come, first served (unless a rush fee has been paid).

RUSH FEE: +$30 USD flat fee

Note: I have a full-time job, stream, and also have my own downtime. Please be understanding. If I'm not working on your commission, it's probably because I'm working on someone else's or what I said previously. You will receive your commission by the rough delivery or guaranteed delivery.

For clips: You own your clips and DO NOT need to credit me.

For editing: you are welcome to credit but it is not necessary.

By commissioning me, I can use your commissions in my portfolio and socials, and am permitted to use your social media (ie. profile picture, header, or other media) to represent YOU in my portfolio showcase.

I will communicate ONLY through VGen messages.
